Distance education students who would like an OSU student ID should do the following: 1. Please follow the instructions on this website and upload an image for your OSU Identification Card here.

2. Submit this Service Offering - Distance Education ID Request. Please select the " Distance Education ID Request" button.

3. Please review the OSU ID guidelines to confirm that your picture is acceptable according to the requirements.
