Military Members: Effective fall semester 2022, active duty military or military veterans of the U.S. Armed Forces, National Guard, or Reserves are eligible to receive the in-state tuition rate when admitted to one of OSU's approved online undergraduate degree or graduate degree or certificate programs. To receive the in-state tuition rate, students should submit a copy of their DD214 or NGB-22 with application materials. Other forms of documentation may be possible.
