Virtual Counseling Options for Online Students

Online students who live in Oklahoma, please call (405) 744-5458 to request virtual counseling through University Counseling Services. Students first complete a screening by phone. Following the screening, students are provided counseling options that could include being seen by one of OSU's counseling staff members, a virtual option through BetterHelp or meeting with a referral specialist to explore other options. In-person appointments are also available during office hours Monday-Friday 10:00 am to 3:00 pm.

 

Online students who live out of state, please also call (405) 744-5458 and request a virtual counseling services as an out-of-state online student. Students will speak with a student advocate who will assist them with a referral to BetterHelp. 

 

BetterHelp does not provide international counseling services.
