Distance education students who would like an OSU student ID should do the following: 
1. Please follow the instructions on this website and upload an image for your OSU Identification Card here.  

2. Email osuonline@okstate.edu and indicate you would like to have your ID mailed to you. Indicate you have uploaded your image on the ID website, include your address, and your student number/Banner ID (e.g. A12345678.jpg). 

3. Please review the OSU ID guidelines to confirm that your picture is acceptable according to the requirements.
