Overview

This certificate will equip students with practical knowledge and skills in Casino and Gaming Management. Through this evidence-based, hands-on educational program, students will gain competencies required for the casino and gaming industry. With this enhanced skillset, students can make better informed management decisions. This course can be taken as a stand-alone certificate, where the credits can be used toward a master’s degree (Hospitality & Tourism Management or MBA) in the future.

HTM 5253 Fundamentals of Gaming Management
HTM 5273 Casino Operations and Management
HTM 5383 Gaming Law, Regulations, and Compliance
MGMT 5963 Online and Mobile Gaming Management

Admissions Requirements and Deadlines

For fall admission, application must be complete by July 1 of the same year.

For spring admission, application must be complete by December 1 of the prior year.

All transcripts from bachelor degree studies as well as a CV/resume must be submitted by the deadline in order to be reviewed for admission. Applications that are incomplete at the deadline will not be reviewed. This application does not require recommendation letters, purpose statement or entrance exams such as the GMAT or GRE.
