Forensic Threat Assessment and Management, Graduate Certificate
Get certified in Forensic Threat Assessment and Management
A Graduate Certificate in Forensic Threat Assessment and Management is earned after
completing 12 hours of focused study. Currently there is not widespread training available
to assist individuals in successfully managing threats and reducing the risk of harm.
This certificate will provide students with the necessary skills to conduct evidence-based
threat-assessment and prepare threat-management plans.
This certificate can be completed fully online, and the 12 credit hours can carry
over and apply to our MS in Forensic Sciences degree, if students choose to continue
into that program. This certificate will provide a formal education for individuals
employed in law enforcement, human resources, private security, school resources officer,
and school counselors. This degree credential offers coursework that prepares eligible
students to take the Certified Threat Manager (CTM) exam.
